Computer software was developed for use in demonstrating mathematical topics in the classroom. Each program was written to be used as an enhancement for the teacher's usual teaching strategies, and not as a tutorial for the student. The programs were then used for demonstrating topics in college level mathematics courses and the students' reactions were tested with a questionnaire. The use of each program was discussed in detail, intended as a guide for their use. The results of the questionnaire suggest that the majority of the students felt the programs were a benefit and are in favor of the use of a computer in the mathematics classroom.en_US
