Fractals, coastlines, and computer recreations.

Abstract

This thesis will introduce the reader to some of the basic ideas and concepts involved in the study of fractal geometry and will apply those ideas to coastlines. finally, the paper will use these ideas to generate some of the fractal patterns of the microcomputer.
